Frame and Pivot Assembly
An inversion table relies on a balanced frame and pivot system, so the assembly sequence matters more than the finished appearance. We identify the base legs, crossmembers, pivot brackets and rotating bed before final tightening. Similar-looking hardware can serve different joints, especially where one connection must move while another should remain rigid.
The frame is assembled on a clear surface and checked for squareness before the backrest is mounted. If the product has transport wheels or folding legs, those components are fitted with the final storage position in mind. The service covers new equipment assembly, not repair of worn pivot parts or modification of the frame.
Backrest, Ankle Lock and Adjustment Parts
The backrest, ankle restraint and adjustment system need to be installed exactly as the manufacturer directs because those components determine how the table positions the user. Pads, rollers, locking handles and adjustment pins should move through their intended range without binding.
We verify that fasteners are in the correct positions and that adjustable parts can be reached once the machine is standing. A missing pin, damaged restraint component or bent bracket should not be replaced with improvised hardware. If a critical part is defective, manufacturer support or a replacement component is the appropriate next step rather than forcing the assembly to completion.
Height and User-Setting Components
Many inversion tables include a height scale or adjustable main shaft that changes the balance point of the machine. We assemble and confirm the mechanical adjustment feature but do not select a therapeutic setting for the user. The owner should follow the manufacturer’s instructions for height, angle and any use-related limits.
The machine also needs enough open space around the rotating bed so it does not strike a wall, shelf or nearby equipment during normal movement. Final placement within the prepared room can be coordinated during assembly, but moving heavy completed equipment between floors or transporting it from another property is a separate service.
Mechanical Check Without Medical Claims
The final check confirms that the frame sits firmly, pivot points move as intended and locking or adjustment components engage normally. That is a mechanical assembly review, not a health assessment.
