Poker tables can be permanent furniture, folding game tables or combination products with reversible tops. The assembly begins with the base and support structure because a stable frame is necessary before the finished playing surface is installed.
Folding legs, braces and locks should open and close without binding, and hardware needs to be tightened in a sequence that keeps the frame square. If the table is large, it is usually better to build it close to the final game area. A finished top may not pass comfortably through the same doorway the boxed components used to enter the room.
Rails, Felted Surfaces and Accessories
Many poker tables include padded rails, cup-holder inserts, dealer trays or decorative components that are installed after the structural base is complete. Felted playing surfaces should be protected from tools and packaging debris during assembly. We mount supplied accessories where the manufacturer has provided the intended cutouts or fasteners.
The service does not include re-felting, upholstery repair or custom gaming-table fabrication. If the playing surface arrives damaged, stretched or misaligned from the factory, replacing or repairing that finish is a different task from assembling the table frame correctly.
Leveling for Stable Play
Once the table is upright, it should sit firmly without rocking. Adjustable feet or levelers can be set where the product includes them, but they cannot correct a badly twisted frame or warped tabletop. Folding mechanisms are checked again after the table is carrying its full weight, and leaves or convertible tops are tested for normal movement.
The goal is a stable piece of furniture that operates as the manufacturer designed. Repairing an older table, reinforcing a weak frame or modifying the top for different games should be handled separately rather than included automatically in a new assembly service.
