Confirm Trampoline Size and System Type
Trampolines can use exposed springs, enclosed spring systems or flexible rods, and the assembly order changes with the design. Before scheduling, provide the brand, model and diameter or footprint so the site and labor can be planned. The yard should have a sufficiently large, reasonably level area that is already clear of branches, fences and other obstacles.
We assemble customer-supplied kits on prepared sites. Grading, concrete, landscape work and relocation of an existing trampoline are not included automatically. If an old trampoline needs to be taken down first, use the disassembly service or include that need in the project scope.
Frame, Legs and Mat Assembly
The main ring or rectangular frame is assembled and supported by the legs before the jumping surface is tensioned. Frame sections need to be fully seated because small gaps can make the later spring or rod pattern difficult to complete. We lay out the mat in the correct orientation and follow the manufacturer’s sequence for adding tension evenly around the frame.
Installing all of the tension on one side first can pull the mat off-center, so the process is balanced across the structure. Bent frame sections, torn mats or damaged connection points should be replaced rather than forced into use during assembly.
Springs or Spring-Free Components
Traditional spring trampolines require each spring to be installed in the correct orientation and tension sequence, while spring-free systems may use flexible rods or another proprietary support method. We use the supplied tools and manufacturer instructions rather than substituting a generic technique across every model.
Pads, spring covers and lower-frame protection are added after the jumping surface is secure. The service does not include repair of stretched springs, torn mats or worn spring-free rods on an existing trampoline. Those conditions belong under Trampoline Repair rather than new-product assembly.
Safety Enclosure and Final Position
The enclosure frame, net and entry system are assembled after the main trampoline is stable. Poles should be seated fully and the net attached in the manufacturer’s pattern so it is not twisted or pulling unevenly. We confirm that the trampoline sits firmly on the prepared surface and that nearby obstacles are not obviously interfering with the enclosure.
This is a mechanical assembly check, not a safety certification or guarantee against injury. The owner should follow the manufacturer’s clearance, age, weight, supervision and maintenance guidance after installation.
